Tim Langen honored by New Journal of Physics

Tim Langen is the runner-up for the 2017 New Journal of Physics Early Career Award. He was recognized for "significant advances in science including experimental and theoretical achievements in complex quantum systems and ultracold matter".

Tim Langen received his PhD in 2013 at the Atominstitut in Vienna. From 2014 to 2016 he was a Humboldt Fellow at JILA, Boulder. Since December 2016 he is a group leader at the 5th Institute of Physics at the University of Stuttgart.
