The 5th Institute of Physics offers the advanced seminar “The Physics of Climate Change” in Summer Semester 2020. Due to the ongoing situation regarding Corona/Covid-19 the seminar will be held 100% online.
We are very pleased to announce that Prof. Volker Wulfmeyer (Uni Hohenheim) agreed to give the first two introductory talks of this seminar. Besides the students who registered for the seminar we invite also all other interested students and staff members to attend these two talks:
- 23 April 2020, 5 – 6:30 pm: “Introduction to the Physics of Climate Change” (Prof. Dr. Volker Wulfmeyer, Universitaet Hohenheim)
- 30 April 2020, 5 – 6:30 pm: “The essentials of the IPCC Assessment Reports 2013 and the 1.5 Degree Report” (Prof. Dr. Volker Wulfmeyer, Universitaet Hohenheim)
